FANUC 调试说明

1、注意事项:

1) 调试传入参数及PMC时应区分清楚调试卡是否与系统类别(OI-MATE-MC/OI-MC)一致。

2) 传入参数后应及时确认清楚机床型号、伺服、主轴电机型号是否与传入的参数相符,如果不符应及时修改部分参数。

3) 目前调试卡分为)OI  MATE  MC和OI  MC两个卡。

4) 主电机代码:a12/7000i :314,β3/10000i :332,β6/10000i :333,β8/8000i :334,β12/7000i:335 注:无刀库时将K5.1,K5.3设置为1,K5.5设置为0。 2、不同机型的螺距等相关参数修改步骤

a)分别依次按一下键进入伺服设定画面:SYSTEM/>/SV-PRM/操作/ > /切换   b)在伺服设定画面分别按下表修改X、Y、Z轴参数: 名称对应参数号 1000A

注意:

1) 如果电机旋转方向与实际移动方向相反时修改DIRECTION SET(#2022)为111或-111

2) 如果电机型号不是标配或传入电机参数错误时,查阅《FANUC 简明调试手册一》相关部分确认匹配的电机型号代码。并将INITIAL SET BITS设为:0,在MOTOR ID NO.下输入正确的电机代码,断电后再开机系统会自动生成电机参数。(β12/2000is 无法自动生成)但是应该注意自动生成的参数可能部分功能参数没有,需另外核对以下参数:注意以下参数三轴设定值必需相同参数号 标准设定 参数含义 备注 1602#6,#3 1,0 插补后直线加减速  1825 4000或5000 位置增益 三轴设定值必需相同 2003#3 1 PI控制有效  2005#5 1 反向加速有效  2005#1 1 前馈有效2005#4 1 在速度反馈中使用最新的反馈数据  2007#6 1 FAD(精密加减速)有效  2009#7 1 反向加速有效

主电机参数自动生成 生成后需将4001#0,4002#0设1,否则主轴无法定位。

 

4、主轴参数自动设定:

1)在4133#参数中输入度应电机型号代码。

2)将4019#7设为1,断强电后在上电系统自动加载相关参数。                                                    

3)将4001#0,4002#=1,否则主轴无法定位。

4)设定相关电机速度参数(3736,3741,应和4020电机最高转速相同,否则指令转速和实际转速不符)。                                                                           

5)5280 /5000,4065-4068改为5000 注意:如需要屏闭主轴时将3071#1=1 5、K参数列表                            

斗笠刀库无刀库:

K0.0=1 不检测刀库退出信号(刀盘右移后主轴可以定位)(出厂设为0)

K0.6=1 在回零方式下X1,X10,按下程序启动和程序暂停键,刀库可以左右移动(出厂设为0) K1.6=0 主轴正反转键只能在手动方式下生效(出厂设为0)                                                                               

K5.0=1 手动换F2刀键无效(出厂设为0)                                                                    

K5.1=0 带刀库

K5.3=1 不检测第二软限位(无刀库设1,带刀库设0)                                                                  

K5.4=1 润滑泵不带定时器,手手动润滑键无效

K5.5=1 刀库不在左位,程序可以启动(无刀库设0,带刀库设1)                                                          

K5.6=1 在非换刀情况下,刀库离开左侧,机床不急停(出厂设1)                                                    

K5.7=0 带油冷(出厂设0)(出厂设1)                                                                        

K6.0=0  16位斗笠刀库

K6.1=1  540  10位刀库(16或20位刀库是K6.1=0)                                                      

K6.1=1  20位斗笠刀库

K7.0=1 机床不检测回零(出厂设0)

K7.1=1  X轴负向回零(负向回零时需将1006#5=1)

主电机参数自动生成

生成后需将4001#0,4002#0设1,否则主轴无法定位。

 

4、主轴参数自动设定:

1)在4133#参数中输入度应电机型号代码。

8.1数控铣床及斗笠刀库报警

2000   ESP   机床紧急停止。(检查紧急停止按钮有无接通;机床有无硬限位;电柜中断路器有无断开。)

2001   LUB  IS  LOW 润滑液位低。

2002   SPINDLE  DRIVE  IS  FAULT主轴变频器故障。

2003   MAG  STOP  ERR刀盘停止位置错误。(刀盘转动时停止不到位,可手动按电柜中刀盘正反转接触器调整到位。)

2004   ORIGINAL  主轴没有定位

2005   TOOL  NO.  ERROR  TOOL  IN  POSI刀号错误或此刀已在主轴上。(如果为调用相同刀号时按启动键可继续执行后续程序)

2009   BATTER  ALM系统电池电压低。(请在一周内更换电池)

2012   SP.  ORMENTATOION  ALM主轴定向条件未满足。(检查主轴定向条件)

2014   MAG  POS  ERR刀库位置异常。(确认是否非正确操作造成刀库离开左侧后启动程序。)

2016   MAG  L/M  EQ.  ERR刀盘左/右移检测错误。(确认刀盘是否离开左/右检测开关位置,关闭电源后手

动推动刀盘或按刀库左右移电磁阀使检测开关指示灯亮即可。如果检测开关仍不亮,可检查检测开关是否松动,距离气缸有效行程太大无法检测或检测开关已坏。)

2017   SP  UP/DPWN  EQ.  ERR主轴刀位紧/刀位松检测错误。(检查气压是否太小;主轴上的刀位紧/刀位松开关是否松动无法检测,后者原因可调节检测开关距离。)

2019   NO MRX刀盘不能右移。(检查气压是否无气压或刀盘右移电磁阀)

2020   NO SPUNCLX主轴不能松刀。(检查气缸卸刀电磁阀有无故障)

2021   NO SPCLX主轴不能紧刀。(检查气缸卸刀电磁阀有无故障)

2022   NO MLX刀盘不能左移(检查气压是否无气压或刀盘左移的电磁阀)

2023   M CODE ERR   M 指令错误

2024   RST ACTPUT=0刀具表复位提示。(刀库乱刀后调整时会出现该提示信息)

2025   AXIS  IS  NOT  HOME轴没有回参考点。(初次上电,机床到达硬限位或急停后都会出现该报警,三轴回参考点后报警即可消除。)                                                                          

2026 SP COOLER ERR主轴油冷异常报警(检查油温是否太高)

6.手动清定位报警:

如果到盘在转动过程中应外部因素终止电机转动,从而造成刀套没有停止到正确为之时(此时会出现2011 MAGAZINE  STOP  POSITION  ALAR 报警),在手动方式下同时“MAG CW”键和“F1”键即可转动刀盘到正确位置。

7.换刀过程中非正常断电刀号乱刀后处理步骤:                                                              

1)“刀库步进”键将到盘转到1号刀位;                                                                                   

2)在“回零方式”下,同时按“程序暂停”键和“主轴停止”键约3秒钟,系统会出“2003CURRENT  POTSET  TO  POTI”刀具刷新完毕提示。

9.报警信息:

2000   AXIS NOT  HOME轴没有回参考点。(初次上电,机床到达硬限位或急停后都会出现该报警,三轴回参考点后报警可消除。)

2003  RENT  POT  SET  TO  POT1刀具表刷新完毕提示。                                                      

2007  LUB IS LOW润滑液低。(检查润滑单元液位)                                                                   

2008  EMERGENCY  STOP

2010  TOOL  NO.ERROR  OR  TOOL  IN  SP刀号错误或此刀已在主轴上。(如果为调用相同刀号时按启动按钮键可继续至此能够后续程序)

2011  MAGAZINE  STOP  POSITION  ALAR刀盘停止位置错误。(在手动方式下同时按下刀库步进键及

F2键刀盘即可转到正确位置)

2013  主轴定向报警                                                                                  

2014  SP.ALARM主轴报警

2015  SP.ORINTATION  ALARM主轴定向条件为满足。(检查主轴定向条件)                                 

2016  ARM  STOP  ERROR

2017  SPINDLE  UNCLAMP主轴不能松刀。(检查气缸卸刀电磁阀有无故障)                                 

2018  BATTERY  ALARM系统电池电压低(请在一周内更换电池)

2021  POCKET SQ.UP/DOWN  ERROR刀套水平/垂直检测错误(检查其电磁阀)

2022  SP.CLAMP/UNCLAMP SQ.ERROR主轴加紧/放松检测错误(检查气压是否太小;主轴上的刀为紧/刀

位松开关是否松动无法检测,后者原因可调节检测开关距离)

2023  POCKET  DO  NOT  GO  DOWN刀套不能垂直。(检查其电磁阀)

2024  ARM  DO  NOT  ROTATE  180  DEGREE刀臂不能旋转180度(检查刀臂刀臂电机)                                                                       

2025  ORINGNAL  POSITMON  ALM刀臂位置报警(检查刀臂停止位置是否部到位)                                  

2026  刀库不能换刀

2028  ARM  DO  NOT  RETURN  TO  ORIGIN刀臂不能回原点(检查刀臂原点开关)                       

2029  POCKET  DO  NOT  RETURN  TO  ORI刀套不能回原位

2032  EMERGENCY  STOP紧急停止。(检查紧急停止按钮有无接通;机床有无硬限位;电柜中断路器有无断开)

4.相关报警:

2040   EQUIPMENT  NOT CLOSED  WHEN  PRG  START工装没有加紧禁止启动程序。(检查四轴是否没有加紧)

2041   4TH  AXIS  CLAMP/UNCLAMP  DETECTION  ERR第四轴加紧/松开检测错误。(检查第四轴气压是否太小,或检测开关故障)

2042   4TH  AXIS  CLAMP  DETECTION  ERR第四轴加紧检测错误。(检查第四轴气压是否过小,或检测开关故障)

2043   4TH  AXIS   UNCLAMP  DETECTION  ERR第四轴松开检测错误。                                

2044   4TH  AXIS  CLAMP,DO NOT ROTATE第四轴加紧,禁止转动。                                         

5.第四轴拆掉后屏蔽报警方法:

无A:2009#0=1     3115#0=1        2165=0       K10:01000010                                                    

有A:2009#0=0     3115#0=0        2165=25      K10:01010000                                                       

有A:1022:1, 2,3,5       1023:2,4,3,1                                                                  

有挡块回零:1002#1=0      1005#0=1      1005#1=0

另机床无四轴时屏蔽四轴参数方法:1023:X:1, Y:3(2),Z:2(3) A:-16                              .

第四轴安全保限护位:

为了防止误操作Z轴撞到第四轴,可以在X轴设软限位进行保护,相关参数:1300#0=1,1322:正限位,1323:负限位,1310:1(X轴),此限位可以通过G23取消,G22设置有效。

FANUC齿轮比及参考点记数器容量的计算方法

1.相关参数:

2084:柔性齿轮比(分子)                                                                              

2085:柔性齿轮比(分母)                                                                             

1821:参考点记数器容量3.2084和2085设定的对应关系如下:

2084/2085=(螺距*1000/1000000)*电机与机械传动的比 4.参考点记数器容量2021设置:  1821=螺距*1000*电机与传动的比 5.范例:

1)850机转动为1:1,螺距为8mm则(8*1000/1000000)*=1/125   即2084=1,2085=125      2021=8*1000=8000 2)四轴螺距以360°计算,如果传动比为1:120则(360*1000/1000000)*(1/120)=3/1000  即2084=3,2085=10001821=360*1000*(1/120)=30001

F15:TOOL CLAMP/UNCLAMP EQ. ERR:刀紧刀松检测错误。(检查卸刀气缸油杯是否无油致使气缸无法正

常工作;检测开关或气缸故障。)                                                                          F16:TOOL NOT CLMP:刀具不能夹紧。(检查同上)                                                                      F18:TOOL NUMBER ERROR:刀号错误。(输入正确刀号)                                                               F20:ARM POSITION ERROR:刀臂位置错误。(调整刀臂位置并检查刀臂原点、持刀、刹车检测开关及刀臂

L120:油冷机选择。L120=1:机床配油冷机,油温报警信号接通                                             L120=0:机床不配油冷机 L150=1:PLC开关1有效。(冷却无效) L151=1:PLC开关2有效。(自动分中有效) L152=1:PLC开关3有效。(刀位检测有效) L153=1:PLC开关4有效。(刀库回零,在回零方式下,同时按下“程序暂停”和“主轴停”键,刀库会自动回

到1号刀位并刷新刀具表。

*设第二软限位方法:    1、L24=1

2、在自动方式下执行下列程序

#1134=第二正限位(与第一正限位值相同)                                                                            #1135=第二负限位(比第二参考点低0.5mm)                                                                         M30

3、程序执行后,设L24=0 注:L参数如下设定:

在I/F诊断下找到相应Lxx号参数,例如输入L(Lxx)(1)(1),Lxx号参数有效,关闭此L参数时输入:(Lxx)(0)                                                     (1机床出厂时必须检查一下参数

1、802D斗笠式刀库补包括以下文件 刀库乱时重新复位程序:T0.MPF

换刀循环程序(共五个,储存在用户循环中): CMD-ACK.SPF FIXPOINT.SPF INI.SPF MM19.SPF TOOL.SPF

注:由于西门子用户循环程序无法锁定,所以应注意这5个程序不能删除,否则无法换刀, 并建议用户应备份以上几个程序。                                                                                                    2、自动换刀:

在自动或MAD方式,写入以下指令,然后启动,机床换刀。 Txx M6

换刀动作共分为取刀、还刀和换刀三个基本动作。 *取刀:

主轴上无刀具,初始T指令为T0 将目标刀具由刀库取出到主轴上来

当刀库复位和执行还刀指令后可以执行取刀动作。此前,刀库T指令为T0,此时执行TxxM6时,刀库不执行还刀动作而是直接取刀。 *还刀:

主轴上有刀具

将主轴上的刀具还回刀库对应的位置上

当只需要将主轴上的刀放回刀库对应刀位上而不必换另一刀具时,可执行T0 M6指令,刀库将只执行还刀作而不换刀。 *换刀

主轴上有刀具

将主轴上的刀具还回刀库对应的位置上后并换另一刀位刀具。 执行Txx M6指令,即可换刀。                                                                             3、刀库乱时,刀库复原:

取下主轴刀具

机床回零,自动方式,执行程序T0.MPF或MDI方式下执行指令INI,刀库动作,动作动作结束后,刀库回到1号刀,刀具表复原,根据程序重新调整刀库中的刀具。刀库已复原,可以执行程序。

注意:                                                                                                刀库复位后显示主轴刀号为T0,此时不能用手动方式在主轴上装刀后再换刀,应在主   轴

上无刀的情况下输入TXX M6指令执行取刀动作,否则会造成难以预料的事故。                                                4、 刀库维护操作

在刀库维护操作时,应取下主轴上的刀具,Z轴在安全高度,在以下操作中注意刀库部件不要互相干涉。

启用刀库维护方式必需满足的条件:

a)回零方式;b)轴选择旋钮在第4轴;c)PR0TECT钥匙在右侧 当刀库维护结束后请务必将钥匙取掉,以免在正常工作时满足刀库维护条件后误操作而造成难以预料的事故。

当因外部因素导致刀库换刀提前终止时,应在刀库维护方式下按首先复位键,使系统内部换刀程序终止并复位,然后示情况按相应的刀库维护健康复原刀库,使机床处于正常状态。 刀库维护键:

*LUB. START:手动刀具松开键(此按键请慎重使用) *MAG CW:刀库正转 *MAG CCW:刀库反转

*POT START:刀盘退回键;正常状态下此灯常亮(此按键请慎重使用) *ARM START:刀盘推出键(此按键请慎重使用)

*TOOL UNCLAMP:手动刀具加紧键;正常状态下此灯常亮                                                                 5、在换刀过程中,不能按复位或急停。

在换刀过程中,如果按复位急或停,刀库动作正常执行完毕。是刀具表不刷新,导致刀具表乱刀,刀具号乱。

如果在换刀过程中按了复位获急停,请按照以下步骤重新调整刀库和程序中的刀号: 取下主轴刀具。

机床回零,自动方式,执行程序FT0MP,刀库动作。动作动作结束后,刀库回到1号刀,刀具表复原,根据程序重新调整刀库中的刀具。 刀库已复原,可以执行程序。                                                               6、刀库相关参数:

主轴定位位置:MD14510[0] 换刀准备位置:MD14514[1] 换刀位置:MD14514[2]

抓刀提刀速度:MD14514[3]和MD14514[4]

7、主轴定位调整:在MDI方式下输入程序:SPOS=XX为定位角度,可以带小数点,例如输入:

SPOS=102.7,然后启动程序,主轴完成定位动作,调整准确后将其值输入参数MD14510[0]中。                                                                      802D  1060圆盘式刀库使用说明

1、1060圆盘式刀库补包括以下文件    刀库乱时重新复位程序:T0.MPF    换刀循环程序(共四个):    MGZ-SPF    TOOL-SPF

TSH-SPF    INI-SPF

这5个程序不能删除。                                                                                     2、自动换刀:

自动或MDA方式,写入以下指令(两条指令必须分两行,不能写在同一行),然后启动,机床换刀。   Txx   M6

3、刀库乱时,刀库复原:   取下主轴刀具。

机床回零,自动方式,执行程序T0.MPF,刀库动作。

动作动作结束后,刀库回到1号刀,刀具表复原,根据程序重新调整刀库中的刀具。   刀库已复原,可以执行程序。                                                        4、刀库维护动作

在刀库维护操作时,应取下主轴和刀臂上的刀具,在以下操作中注意刀库部件不要互相干涉。 刀库停止位置异常时,按复位键。机床处于正常状态。 回零方式,轴选择为第4轴,旋转钥匙开关(不松开); 按刀臂动作键,刀臂转动60度或240度或回位; 按刀套动作键,刀套水平或垂直; 按刀库正转键,刀库正转; 按刀库反转键,刀库反转。

5、刀具表中T码后的方框打X表示该套放的是主轴上的刀,即T0所表示的刀                                      6、在换刀过程中,不能按复位或急停。

在换刀过程中按了按复位或急停,刀库动作执行完毕。是刀具表不刷新,导致刀具表乱,刀具号乱。   如果在换刀过程中按了按复位或急停,请按了按复位或急停, 请按照以下步骤重新调整刀库中的刀号:   取下主轴刀具。  机床回零,自动方式,执行程序T0.MPF,刀库动作。

动作动作结束后,刀库回到1号刀,刀具表复原,根据程序重新调整刀库中的刀具。   刀库已复原,可以执行程序。

7、如果某些状态不对,进入手动状态,按复位:   VD49000010赋值0,以使换刀能继续进行。   V32000006.1赋值0,以清除“读入禁止”信号。

8、选在4轴,回零是按正方向键,坐标轴按Z回零后,再X和Y回零的顺序回零。                                    9、M39定位,M38定位取消

定位角度:菜单HP值为0406:解除参数密码;   M39定位一次   M38定位取消

转动主轴到要定位的角度,记录CN37号中的值, 将该值写入CN4中4096-CN4中的值,将结果写入CN5中                                                                       10、换刀点:14514[4]                                                                                            11、换刀Z轴速度:14514[4]                                                                                       12、手动主轴最高转速1000
